Background:

This is a receptor for PACAP-27 and PACAP-38. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. May regulate the release of adrenocorticotropin, luteinizing hormone, growth hormone, prolactin, epinephrine, and catecholamine. May play a role in spermatogenesis and sperm motility. Causes smooth muscle relaxation and secretion in the gastrointestinal tract.

Mouse brain lysates and Human A549 cells probed with PACAP receptor 1 Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0198R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 90 minutes at 37°C.


Lane 1: Mouse Cerebrum tissue lysates; Lane 2: Rat Cerebrum tissue lysates probed with PACAP receptor Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0198R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
