Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin psoriasis labeled with Rabbit Anti- PPARr gamma Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0530R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Mouse stomach lysates probed with PPAR gamma Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0530R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Sheep heart lysates probed with PPAR gamma Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0530R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 90 minutes at 37°C.


293T Cells probed with PPAR gamma Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0530R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:20000 for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded Mouse lung tissue labeled with Rabbit Anti- PPARr gamma Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0530R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


U251 cells fixed with 70% ethanol (Overnight at 4℃) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 30 min on ice. Cells were incubated in 1 X PBS/2%BSA/10% goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions and then probed with rabbit anti-PPARG Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0530R) (green) at 1:100 for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by a FITC conjugated secondary antibody compared to unstained cells (blue), secondary only (light blue), and isotype control (orange).


Lane 1: Mouse Liver lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Heart lysates; Lane 3: Mouse Lung lysates probed with PPAR gamma Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0530R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Tissue/cell: A549 cell; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed; Triton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum, C-0005) at 37°C for 20 min; Antibody incubation with (PPAR gamma) polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0530R) 1:100, 90 minutes at 37°C; followed by a FITC conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes, DAPI (blue, C02-04002) was used to stain the cell nuclei.
