Mouse brain lysates probed with CD147 Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0684R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 60 minutes at 37°C.
MCF-7 cells probed with CD147 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0684R) at 3ug for 30 minutes followed by incubation with a FITC conjugated secondary (green) for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).
Lane 1: Mouse Liver lysates; Lane 2: Rat Liver lysates; Lane 3: Human HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 4: Human U251 cell lysates; Lane 5: Human MCF-7 cell lysates probed with CD147 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0684R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation.
