VALIDATION IMAGES

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human colon tissue labeled Anti-IL-10 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-0698R) at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded mouse kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with IL-10 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0698R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.


Mouse spleen lysates probed with IL-10 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0698R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human THP-1 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human THP-1-LPS cell lysates probed with IL-10 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0698R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Recombinant human IL-10 protein, His (HEK293)(bs-43053P) probed with IL-10 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0698R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.
