Background:

Important regulator of cell cycle progression. Involved in G1 arrest. Potent inhibitor of cyclin E- and cyclin A-CDK2 complexes. Forms a complex with cyclin type D-CDK4 complexes and is involved in the assembly, stability, and modulation of CCND1-CDK4 complex activation. Acts either as an inhibitor or an activator of cyclin type D-CDK4 complexes depending on its phosphorylation state and/or stoichometry.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human ovary carcinoma labeled Anti-CDKN1B/P27kip1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0742R) at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


MCF-7 cells were stained with CDKN1B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-0742R) at 1:500 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37°C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.


RSC96 probed with CDKN1B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0742R) at 1:100 for 30 minutes followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary (PE Conjugated) (green) for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).


Mouse lung lysates probed with CDKN1B Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0742R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Hela KO CDKN1B lysates probed with CDKN1B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0742R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: 293T cell lysates; Lane 2: U2os cell lysates probed with CDKN1B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0742R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
