Background:

VALIDATION IMAGES
Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue with labeled Anti-CD38 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0979R) at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining
Mouse splenocytes probed with CD38 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0979R) at 0.2ug for 30 minutes followed by incubation with a PE Conjugated secondary (green) for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).
25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with CD38 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-0979R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
