VALIDATION IMAGES

Validation submitted by One World Lab. MCF-7 cells were stained with COX4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated,bs-10257R at 1:50 in PBS and incubated for one hour at room temperature, followed by secondary antibody incubation, DAPI staining of the nuclei and detection.


HeLa cells probed with Rabbit Anti-COX4 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-R) at 1:20 for 30 minutes followed by incubation with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG conjugated secondary FITC (bs-0295G-FITC) at 1:100 (green) for 40 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).\n


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded mouse brain; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with COX4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10257R) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


Mouse kidney lysates probed with COX4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10257R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
