Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human laryngocarcinoma labeled with Rabbit Anti-DSPP Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10316R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Lane 1: EC-9706 cell lysates; Lane 2: MCF-7 cell lysates probed with DSPP Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10316R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Human SW480 cell lysates; Lane 3: Human DU145 cell lysates probed with DSPP Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10316R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
