This image was kindly submitted by Kandy Velazquez of USC School of Medicine. Mouse adipose tissue lysates probed with Collagen I Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-10423R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:2000 for 60 minutes at room temperature.


Lane 1: Mouse Ovary; Lane 2: NIH/3T3; Lane 3: Rat Liver; Lane 4: 293T; Lane 5: A431; Lane 6: RAW264.7; Probed with Collagen I Polyclonal Antibody (bs-10423R) at 1:300 dilution overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human Lung Cancer tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH6) for 15 minutes; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 minutes; Antibody incubation with Collagen 1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10423R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody, DAB and counterstaining.

Lane 1: Mouse Placenta lysates; Lane 2: Human U-2OS cell lysates probed with Collagen 1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10423R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C

Primary Antibody (green line): Rabbit Anti-Collagen I antibody (bs-10423R) Dilution: 1ug/Test; Protocol Hela cells were  incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with Collagen I Polyclonal Antibody(bs-10423R)at 1:100 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).
