VALIDATION IMAGES
Mouse brain lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-VGLUT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-11167R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 90 min at 37˚C.
Lane 1: Rat Cerebrum tissue lysates; Lane 2: Human SH-SY5Y cell lysates; Lane 3: Human MCF-7 cell lysates probed with VGLUT1/BNP1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-11167R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
