Background:

Actively transports glucose into cells by Na(+) cotransport with a Na(+) to glucose coupling ratio of 2:1. Efficient substrate transport in mammalian kidney is provided by the concerted action of a low affinity high capacity and a high affinity low capacity Na(+)/glucose cotransporter arranged in series along kidney proximal tubules.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Anti-SGLT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-1128R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


Jurkat cell lysates probed with SGLT1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1128R) at 1:500 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Mouse Kidney Lysates; Lane 2: Human 293T cell Lysates; Lane 3: Human HepG2 cell Lysates. Probed with SLC5A1 polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-1128R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
