VALIDATION IMAGES

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human brain glioma labeled with Anti-DEPDC1B Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-14278R) at 1:500 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.


Lane 1: HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 2: A549 cell lysates probed with DEPDC1B/BRCC3 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-14278R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human MCF-7 cell lysates probed with DEPDC1B/BRCC3 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-14278R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
