VALIDATION IMAGES

Human HL-60 cells probed with CD15 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1702R) (green) at 1:100 for 30 minutes followed by a FITC conjugated secondary antibody compared to unstained cells (blue), secondary only (light blue), and isotype control (orange).


Lane 1: MCF-7 lysates probed with CD15/Fut4/SSEA-1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1702R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Mouse spleen cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10min at room temperature, permeabilized with 20% PBST for 20 min at room temperature, and incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with CD15/Fut4/SSEA-1 Polyclonal Antibody, FITC Conjugated Antibody(bs-1702R-FITC) at 1:50 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2% BSA in PBS. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green) and isotype control (orange).


HL-60 cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10min at room temperature,permeabilized with 0.1% PBST for 20 min at room temperature, and incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with CD15/Fut4/SSEA-1 Polyclonal Antibody(bs-1702R)at 1:100 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).
