VALIDATION IMAGES

RSC96 cells probed with Rabbit Anti-DAT/Dopamine transporter Polyclonal Antibody (bs-1714R ) at 6ug for 30 minutes followed by incubation with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG FITC conjugated secondary (green) for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with Dopamine Transporter Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1714R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


Rat Cerebrum lysates probed with Dopamine Transporter Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1714R) at 1:500 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
