Background:

The TPRX1 gene is a member of the TPRX homeobox gene family. Homeobox genes encode DNA binding proteins, many of which may be involved in early embryonic development. Homeobox genes encode a DNA binding domain of 60 to 63 amino acids referred to as the homeodomain.

VALIDATION IMAGES

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with TPRX1 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-17176R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
