VALIDATION IMAGES

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney labeled with Anti-LIN9 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-18283R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining.\n


Mouse bone lysates probed with Anti-LIN9 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-18283R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:10000 for 90 min at 37˚C.\n


25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with LIN9 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-18283R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
