VALIDATION IMAGES

Human HepG2 and A431 lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-SLC10A1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1958R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 for 90 min at 37˚C.


Mouse liver lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-SLC10A1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1958R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 for 90 min at 37˚C.


HEK 293T cells probed with NTCP/SLC10A1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1958R) at 1:20 for 30 minutes followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary (PE Conjugated) (green) for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).


Mouse kidney cells probed with Rabbit Anti-NTCP/SLC10A1 Polyclonal Antibody, FITC Conjugated (bs-1958R-FITC) (green) at 1:50 for 40 minutes compared to control cells (red).
