The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a family of phosphatidylinositol kinase-related kinases. These kinases mediate cellular responses to stresses such as DNA damage and nutrient deprivation. This protein acts as the target for the cell-cycle arrest and immunosuppressive effects of the FKBP12-rapamycin complex. The ANGPTL7 gene is located in an intron of this gene. Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat testis tissue labeled with Anti-mTOR Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1992R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, PE conjugated (bs-0295G-PE)and DAPI staining

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse testis; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with mTOR/FRAP Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1992R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.

Lane 1: K562 cell lysates probed with mTOR/FRAP Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1992R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
