Background:

The V5 epitope tag is derived from a small epitope (Pk) present on the P and V proteins of the paramyxovirus of simian virus 5 (SV5). The V5 tag is usually used with all 14 amino acids, although it has also been used with a shorter 9 amino acid sequence.

Lane 1: E.coli Lysate lysates probed with V5 tag Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2109R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: V5-Tagged Fusion Protein Overexpression E.coli Lysate (bs- 41230P) probed with V5 tag Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2109R) at 1:100000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
