Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded Rat Lung tissue labeled with KLF2 Polyclonal Antibody, Cy5 Conjugated (bs-2772R-Cy5) at 1:200 for 40 minutes at 37°C.
Mouse embryo lysates probed with Anti KLF2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2772R) at 1:200 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at 37˚C.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded mouse embryo labeled with Anti-KLF2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-2772R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugated(bs-0295G-Cy3)used at 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C.
MCF-7 cells were stained with KLF2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2772R) at 1:200 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37°C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) FITC conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded Rat Brain tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH6) for 15 minutes; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 minutes; Antibody incubation with KLF2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2772R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary antibody, DAB and counterstaining.
