L1 mouse ovary lysates L2 mouse brain lysates probed with Anti StAR/StARD1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-3570R) at 1:200 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at 37˚C. Predicted band 32kD. Observed band size:32kD.\n


Lane 1: Mouse testis lysates probed with StAR Polyclonal Antibody (bs-3570R) at 1:300 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000 for 90 min at 37˚C.
