Lane 1: Mouse Cerebrum; Probed with HMGCR(Ser872) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4063R) at 1:1000, overnight at 4°C followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.

An ELISA was performed using a serial dilution of HMGCR (Ser872) Polyclonal Antibody (bs-4063R) in antigen-coated wells. The antigen used was a peptide containing the phosphosite of interest. The plot shows the absorbance against the antibody dilution for phosphopeptide antigen and non-phosphorylated peptide antigen.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded Mouse Brain tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH6) for 15 minutes; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (5% BSA) at room temperature for 30 minutes; Antibody incubation with HMGCR (Ser872) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4063R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary antibody, DAB and counterstaining.
