Lane 1~6: Recombinant SARS-CoV Nucleocapsid protein; Lane 7~12: Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein probed with SARS-CoV-2 N Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-41417R) at 1:2000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
