DATASHEET

Host: Rabbit

Target Protein: VLDL Receptor

Immunogen Range: 551-650/873

Clonality: Polyclonal

Isotype: IgG

Entrez Gene: 7436

Swiss Prot: P98155

Source: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human VLDL Receptor

Purification: Purified by Protein A.

Storage Buffer: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Storage: Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Background:

Binds VLDL and transports it into cells by endocytosis. In order to be internalized, the receptor-ligand complexes must first cluster into clathrin-coated pits. Binding to Reelin induces tyrosine phosphorylation of Dab1 and modulation of Tau phosphorylation (By similarity).

Size: 100ul

Concentration: 1ug/ul

Applications: WB(1:300-5000)
ELISA(1:500-1000)
FCM(1:20-100)

Predicted Molecular Weight: 93

Cross Reactive Species: Human
Mouse
