Background:

Plays a critical role in MHC class II antigen processing by stabilizing peptide-free class II alpha/beta heterodimers in a complex soon after their synthesis and directing transport of the complex from the endoplasmic reticulum to the endosomal/lysosomal system where the antigen processing and binding of antigenic peptides to MHC class II takes place. Serves as cell surface receptor for the cytokine MIF.

Formalin-fixed human pancreatic cancer tissue labeled with Anti-HLA DMβ Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4298R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining


25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with MHC Class II polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-4298R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
