Background:

Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN (By similarity). Dephosphorylates LYN, and thereby modulates LYN activity (By similarity).

VALIDATION IMAGES

Rat bone lysates probed with Rabbit Anti-CD45 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4819R) at 1:300 in 4˚C overnight. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:5000 for 90min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Mouse uterus lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Large Intestine lysates probed with CD45 Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-4819R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 60 minutes at 37°C.
