Background:

This gene encodes a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG family members form multimeric protein complexes, which are involved in maintaining the transcriptional repressive state of genes over successive cell generations. This protein associates with the embryonic ectoderm development protein, the VAV1 oncoprotein, and the X-linked nuclear protein. This protein may play a role in the hematopoietic and central nervous systems. Multiple alternatively splcied transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Tissue/cell: U2-OS cell; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed; Triton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum, C-0005) at 37°C for 20 min; Antibody incubation with (EZH2 ) polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-55072R) 1:100, 90 minutes at 37°C; followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes, DAPI (blue, C02-04002) was used to stain the cell nuclei.


Lane 1: MCF-7 cell lysates; Lane 2: 293T cell lysates; Lane 3: HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 4: Hela cell lysates; Lane 5: SW620 cell lysates; Lane 6: Raji cell lysates; Lane 7: Mouse testis lysates probed with EZH2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-55072R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: EZH2 knockout (KO) HeLa cell lysates probed with EZH2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-55072R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
