Background:

MUC13 is a mucin. These are secreted or transmembrane glycoproteins that are expressed mainly in the digestive tract and on epithelial surfaces. MUC13 is upregulated in gastric cancer. Mucins have also been implicated in inflammatory bowel diseases.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: Human HeLa cell lysates; Lane 2: Human HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 3: Human A549 cell lysates probed with MUC13 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-5877R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat kidney）; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Incubation with (MUC13) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-5877R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
