Lane 1: Mouse Testis tissue lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Cerebrum tissue lysates; Lane 3: Rat Testis tissue lysates; Lane 4: Rat Cerebrum tissue lysates probed with NANOS2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6314R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.
