Host: Rabbit
Target Protein: β-Catenin (Tyr-333)[γ-Catenin (Tyr-324)]
Specificity: The antibody detects a 92kDa* protein corresponding to the molecular mass of β-Catenin on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 cells treated with pervanadate, but not in control cells. In addition, the pervanadate induced reactivity is not observed after alkaline phosphatase treatment. This peptide sequence is highly conserved in rat and mouse β-Catenin, and has high homology to the conserved site in γ-Catenin (Tyr-324).
Modification Site: Tyr-333
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: IgG
Swiss Prot: P35222
Source: Phospho-β-Catenin (Tyr-333) synthetic peptide (coupled to KLH) that includes amino acid residues around tyrosine 333 of human β-Catenin.
Purification: Antigen Affinity purification
Storage Buffer: PBS + 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% NaN3 and 50% glycerol
Storage: Storage at -20°C is recommended, as aliquots may be taken without freeze/thawing due to presence of 50% glycerol. Stable for at least 1 year at -20°C.
