Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with CD200R2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-7351R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.

Staining of Placental villus from 7w gestation karyotype-normal pregnancy with bs-7351R. The Positive Control used is Placental villus from 7w gestation karyotype-normal pregnancy. The Negative Control used was KLH antibody. Images were taken at 400x magnification, bars represent 60µm. Figure legend: VC: villus core, CT: cytotrophoblast, ST: syncytiotrophoblast, MB: maternal blood space bathing placental villi. Image was kindly submitted by a researcher via the Antibodies Online Independent Validation Program.
