Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded mouse colon labeled with Anti-P2RX4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-7690R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC conjugated(bs-0295G-FITC)used at 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C.
25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with P2RX4 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-7690R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
