BxPC-3 Cells (Human pancreas adenocarcinoma) were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature). The cells were then incubated in 10% goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 20 min at 37°C. Then the cells were probed with ICMT Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8019R) at 1:200 for 60 minutes at room temperature followed by incubation with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy5 Conjugated (bs-0295G-Cy5) secondary antibody at a 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C. DAPI (5ug/ml; blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded Mouse Brain tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH6) for 15 minutes; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 minutes; Antibody incubation with ICMT Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8019R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary antibody, DAB and counterstaining.
