Background:

ADCK4, AarF domain containing kinase 5, is a member of group i collagen (fibrillar forming collagen). The function of this protein is not yet clear. It is not known if it has protein kinase activity and what type of substrate it would phosphorylate (Ser, Thr or Tyr). There are 2 named isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

HepG2 cells were stained with ADCK4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8070R) at 1:200 and incubated for 90 minutesat room temperature, followed by secondary antibody incubation, DAPI staining of the nuclei and detection.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat stomach; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with ADCK4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8070R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (bs-0295G-FITC) for 90 minutes, and DAPI for nuclei staining.
