Background:

BTBD1 contains a proline-rich region and a BTB/POZ domain which are typically involved in protein-protein interactions. The C-terminus of BTBD1 binds topoisomerase I and BTBD1 also interacts with TRIM5 isoform Delta. BTBD1 localizes to cytoplasmic bodies and is essential for myogenic differentiation.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded rat testi); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with BTBD) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-9294R) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


Mouse cerebrum lysates probed with BTBD1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-9294R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
