Bromodeoxyuridine is a synthetic nucleoside that is an analogue of thymidine. BrdU is incorporated into DNA during S-phase of a cell cycle. It is commonly used in the detection of proliferating cells in living tissues

MCF-7 cells were labeled with BrdU (10μM) and stained with mouse monoclonal antibody against BrdU with dilution at 1:100 and 1:50. 2nd antibody without primary antibody was used as control included here. Fluorescent signals were detected with both 1:100 and 1:50 primary antibody dilution in both MCF-7 it shows nucleus staining. Scale bar= 20 μm.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Anti-BrdU(A7) Monoclonal Antibody, FITC Conjugated (bsm-0917M-FITC) at 1:200 for 40 minutes at 37°C followed by labeling Rabbit Anti-Tubulin Beta, Cy3 conjugated(bs-4511R-Cy3) 1:200, 40 minutes at 37°C

Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Anti-BrdU(A7) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-0917M) at 1:200, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat lung); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (BrdU (A7)) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-0917M) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Mouse)(sp-0024) instructionsand DAB staining.
