4 ug Tags Positive Control Whole Cell Lysate (bs-41230P) per lane probed with Myc tag monoclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-33024M) at 1:10000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
