Background:

ABCB5 belongs to the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily of integral membrane proteins. Lane 1: Human HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human HL-60 cell lysates probed with Monoclonal Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-33080M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.
