Lane 1: 293T lysates; Lane 2: HepG2 lysates probed with beta-Actin Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-33139M) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: NIH/3T3 lysates;Lane 2: Raw264.7 lysates;Lane 3: 293T lysates; Lane 4: HepG2 lysates probed with beta-Actin Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-33139M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
