Lane 1: mStrawberry-Tagged fusion protein (full length) Overexpression E.coli lysates (Cat#: bs-33175P) probed with mStrawberry-Tag Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-33175M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
mStrawberry tag was immunoprecipitated from mStrawberry expression vector whole cell lysate with bsm-33175M at 1/150 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using protein A/G beads. HRP conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) was used as secondary antibody. Lane 1: mStrawberry expression vector whole cell lysate (Input). Lane 2: bsm-33175M IP in mStrawberry expression vector whole cell lysate. Lane 3: native mouse IgG IP in mStrawberry expression vector whole cell lysate (negative control).
