Lane 1: mOrange-Tagged fusion protein (full length) Overexpression E.coli lysates (Cat#: bs-33183P) probed with mOrange-Tag Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-33183M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
mOrange tag was immunoprecipitated from mOrange expression vector whole cell lysate with bsm-33183M at 1/150 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using protein A/G beads. HRP conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) was used as secondary antibody. Lane 1: mOrange expression vector whole cell lysate (Input). Lane 2: bsm-33183M IP in mOrange expression vector whole cell lysate. Lane 3: native mouse IgG IP in mOrange expression vector whole cell lysate (negative control).
