5 ng rhTNFSF13B-flag protein (bs-43132P) per lane probed with Flag Tag monoclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-33346R) at 1:30000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
