Source: This GFAP monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with GFAP recombinant protein.

Purification: Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Storage Buffer: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Storage: Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Lane 1: human brain lysate; Lane 2: human cerebellum lysate at 20 µg per lane, probed with bsm-51047M GFAP (183CT3.1.5) Monoclonal Antibody at 1:4000 dilution and 4℃ overnight incubation, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.


Lane 1: MCF-7 Cell lysates; probed with GFAP (183CT3.1.5) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51047M) at 1:4000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
