Purification: Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Storage Buffer: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Transcription factor that forms a trimeric complex with OCT4 on DNA and controls the expression of a number of genes involved in embryonic development such as YES1, FGF4, UTF1 and ZFP206. Critical for early embryogenesis and for embryonic stem cell pluripotency. May function as a switch in neuronal development. Downstream SRRT target that mediates the promotion of neural stem cell self-renewal. Keeps neural cells undifferentiated by counteracting the activity of proneural proteins and suppresses neuronal differentiation.

NCCIT cell lysate probed with bsm-51142M SOX2 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4℃ overnight incubation, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.

Lane 1: SOX2 Protein Isolate; probed with SOX2 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51142M) at 1:4000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.

IF(ICC) staining with SOX2 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51142M) at 1:50 (37℃ for 1hr) in A549 cells (green). Cells were counterstained with Alexa Fluor® 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 20min and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X100/PBS for 10min.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded Human Lung Cancer tissue incubated with SOX2 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51142M) at 1:100, overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. Counterstained with hematoxylin.

Lane 1: 293 Cells nontransfected; Lane 2: 293 Cells transiently transfected with SOX2 gene; Lane 3: Mouse Testis; Probed with SOX2 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51142M) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
