Source: This CYP1A1 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 377-405 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CYP1A1.

Purification: Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Storage Buffer: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Storage: Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Background:

Cytochromes P450 are a group of heme-thiolate monooxygenases. In liver microsomes, this enzyme is involved in an NADPH-dependent electron transport pathway. It oxidizes a variety of structurally unrelated compounds, including steroids, fatty acids, and xenobiotics.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Jurkat lysate (20µg) probed with bsm-51210M CYP1A1 (10G3) Monoclonal Antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4℃ overnight incubation, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.


Lane 1: Siha cell lysates; Lane 2: A549 cell lysates probed with CYP1A1 (10G3) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51210M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
