Source: Purified His-tagged ENO1 protein was used to produced this monoclonal antibody.

Purification: Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Storage Buffer: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Storage: Store at -20°C for 12 months.

Background:

Multifunctional enzyme that, as well as its role in glycolysis, plays a part in various processes such as growth control, hypoxia tolerance and allergic responses. May also function in the intravascular and pericellular fibrinolytic system due to its ability to serve as a receptor and activator of plasminogen on the cell surface of several cell-types such as leukocytes and neurons. Stimulates immunoglobulin production. MBP1 binds to the myc promoter and acts as a transcriptional repressor. May be a tumor suppressor.

Lane 1: MCF-7; Lane 2: A431; Lane 3: HeLa; Lane 4: HepG2; Lane 5: NIH/3T3; Lane 6: mouse stomach; Lane 7: mouse liver lysate at 35 µg per lane. probed with bsm-51216M ENO1 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4℃ overnight incubation, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human kidney tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes; Blocking buffer (3% BSA) at room temperature for 30min; Antibody incubation with ENO1 (7C4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51216M) at 1:25 for 1 hour at 37°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 20 minutes and DAB staining.
