Source: Purified His-tagged SOD protein(Fragment) was used to produced this monoclonal antibody.

Purification: Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Storage Buffer: 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Storage: Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Destroys superoxide anion radicals which are normally produced within the cells and which are toxic to biological systems.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human lung carcinoma; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes; Blocking buffer (3% BSA) at room temperature for 30min; Antibody incubation with SOD2 (37CT127.5.11.6) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51267M) at 1:25 for 1 hour at 37°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 20 minutes and DAB staining.

Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Human 293T cell lysates; Lane 3: Mouse RAW264.7 cell lysates probed with SOD2 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51267M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C
