VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: mouse brain lysates; Lane 2: rat brain lysates; Lane 3: SW480 Cell lysates; Lane 4: human brain lysates; probed with RAB3B (7F5) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51316M) at 1:2000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human pancreas tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes; Blocking buffer (3% BSA) at room temperature for 30min; Antibody incubation with RAB3B (7F5) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51316M) at 1:25 for 1 hour at 37°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


HepG2 cells probed with using RAB3B (7F5) Monoclonal Antibody (green) unconjugated bsm-51316M at 1:25 for 60 minutes at 37ºC followed by secondary antibody at 1:400 compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG (blue).


Lane 1: Cerebrum lysates probed with RAB3B (7F5) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51316M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
