VALIDATION IMAGES

A431 cell lysates probed with NMI (8C9) Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51329M) at 1:2000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


K562 cells probed with using NMI (8C9) Monoclonal Antibody (green) unconjugated bsm-51329M at 1:25 for 60 minutes at 37ºC followed by secondary antibody at 1:400 compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1 (blue).


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa cells; Antibody incubation with NMI (8C9) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51329M) at 1:25 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary (green).
