Lane 1: DU145 Cell lysates; Lane 2: mouse stomach Cell lysates; probed with RAB27B (4G7) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51331M) at 1:2000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
A431 cells probed with using RAB27B (4G7) Monoclonal Antibody bsm-51331M at 1:25 for 60 minutes followed by A488 secondary antibody at 1:200 (green) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1 (blue).
